Metal
Technical flat parts, rings, letters and products. Give the metal grade, thickness and the machining required.
Materials
The company photographs show work in metal, plastics and wood. With the water jet we also cut stainless steel, aluminium, rubber, paranite, stone and composites. Ask about suitability of a specific material before ordering.

Technical forms and parts. The specific polymer name and its properties matter for the choice of process.

Letters, décor and custom contours. The wood or board type, thickness and the desired result must be specified.
Material follows the idea
Waterjet cutting allows complex contours. For hard materials — a water jet with abrasive. For softer ones — a pure water jet. The machine processes sheets up to 2000 × 3000 mm and from 0.1 to 250 mm thick.
Before you choose the manufacturing method, tell us where the part will be used, which dimensions must be held and what the surface should be. Process options are set by the material, thickness and geometry — specific parameters are agreed from the drawing.
Waterjet cutting optionsCold cutting
Abrasive waterjet cutting does not heat the material. No heat-affected zone is formed, and the risk of distortion is reduced. This is especially important for stainless steel and aluminium.
We can cut practically anything that can be shown on a technical drawing — any material, any contour, any size and any quantity. Flanges, brackets, seals, gaskets, plates, letters and décor.

Questions
Metal, stainless steel, aluminium, plastics, rubber, paranite, wood, stone, composites and other sheet materials. For hard materials — with abrasive. For softer ones — with a pure water jet.
No. Abrasive waterjet cutting is a cold-cutting process — no heat-affected zone is formed, and the material’s original properties are retained.
A drawing or sketch with dimensions, material grade, thickness, quantity and preferred deadline. If there is no drawing yet — describe the idea and where the part will be used.
