Prepare a drawing or sketch. Include the material, dimensions and the number of parts needed. A digital file of the part also works.

Discuss the details
Get in touch so we can assess manufacture, machining and the project requirements. If needed — we will help with a suitable solution.

Agree the job
Before production we agree the scope, price and delivery time. Technical requirements are discussed before work starts.

Receive the result
We agree collection of the finished parts and the next steps if further machining is needed — milling, turning or welding.

Material name or grade and thickness. If you do not know — tell us where the part will work.

One part or a series. Identical parts can be repeated on CNC to the same accuracy.

From drawing to part
The contour is only
the start.
We can cut practically anything that can be shown on a technical drawing — any material, any contour, any size and any quantity.
The work can continue after the cut. In one place — waterjet cutting, CNC milling, turning, drilling, welding, grinding and polishing. The main speciality is CNC milling.

What should we send to discuss the price?
A drawing or sketch with dimensions, material, thickness, quantity and preferred deadline. If there is no drawing yet — describe the idea.
Can we start without a drawing?
Yes. If there is a sketch, sample or a clear description, we will assess how it can be made. If needed, we will help with preparing the part and choosing a suitable technical solution.
Is further machining possible after cutting?
Yes — CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling, welding, grinding and polishing. Several processes in one place.
What thickness and accuracy can you provide?
Waterjet cutting: up to 250 mm thick, area up to 2000 × 3000 mm, accuracy to 0.1 mm. Specific tolerances depend on the material, geometry and the job.
